4v4 League for competitive only 11-14 (competitive only)
Description – you can request your team or register as an individual and we will put you on a team. This
could be boys and girls playing together. The intent is to get kids out playing in a semi-organized pick-up
soccer environment. We will have coaches there who will facilitate substitutions, call fouls and enforce
rules, may move kids to different positions and give coaching instruction at times.

Winter Conditioning Camp U11-U14, Competitive players only
Description – This camp will focus on strength and conditioning using body weight while incorporating cardio drills suited for young athletes. The focus will be on building strength, flexibility and coordination which can result in improved performance and fewer injuries. Each session will include 45 minutes of warm up and training, followed by a group activity. This program will be run by Certified Fitness Trainer, Anne Thomas, who has over 4 years experience and specializes in endurance and interval training.
Cost - $85

Description – This program will be a continuation of what we did in the fall with 9/10 PDP. Players will
improve skills like dribbling, moves to beat players, passing, receiving, and they will learn basic tactics in
1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 situations (foundation of the game). We hope kids leave the program more
comfortable on the ball and having had a great time. This program will offer 10 training sessions.

Description – This program is for any u9 or u10 soccer players looking to improve their skills and/or
give PDP a try for the first time (or if you have done PDP before). This program will follow a PDP
winter curriculum, focused on improving dribbling moves, dribbling for control and possession, and
passing and receiving will be primary focuses through age-appropriate exercises.

Register quickly, we will only have 22 roster spots for this league but must have 16 at a minimum.
This program is aimed towards players over 40 years old who are looking to play in an indoor adult league but in a less competitive environment. This league will have limited contact, ZERO toleration for sliding, and will be primarily focused on creating a fun, relaxed league. This will be a “pickup” style league, with a referee, but no set teams, just show up and play!
Players may play in the Adult Competitive League as well but separate registration is required.
