Fire FC Bylaws

Fire FC is committed to transparency, accountability, and collaboration within our soccer community. Our bylaws serve as the foundation for how we operate—guiding decision-making, governance, and how we continue to grow together as a club.

We review and update our bylaws as needed to ensure they reflect current best practices, maintain fairness, and align with the values that drive Fire FC. By making these documents easily accessible, we aim to keep every member—players, families, and volunteers—well-informed and confident in how their club is run.

CSA Risk Compliance

The legislation requires coaches to comply with a code of conduct and to complete a background check, including screening for sexual offenses and screening for felony child abuse before they can work with teams or children. CSA and CSA member clubs currently comply with the requirements of this new bill through the implementation of CSA risk management requirements, the U.S. Soccer Safeguarding framework and the CSA Safe Soccer Policy. CSA has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and misconduct. All participants in the soccer community must play an active role in creating an environment free from emotional, physical, or sexual abuse.
