We Provide a wide variety of programs for players of all ages and levels of competition
Winter 2026 Rec/Level Up Skills + 4v4 (u5-u6)
Description – Our skills / 4v4 Recreational Program provides kids with the chance to practice some fundamental skills for 20 mins and then play in a relaxed, semi-organized environment that combines the excitement of pickup soccer with light guidance from our coaches. Players can sign up as individuals or with friends, and we’ll organize teams for balanced and fun gameplay. Coaches will be on hand to facilitate substitutions, call fouls, enforce rules, and occasionally provide coaching tips. This co-ed program brings together U5- U6, U7-U8, and U9-U11 groups, creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere where kids can play, improve, and enjoy the game!
Dates: Saturdays - Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 21, 28

Winter 2025/2026 U9/10 Level Up Academy
u9/10 Level Up - A continuation of our Fall Program for our u9/10 Level Up Academy teams and our other u9/10 Recreational players. This program will have a high emphasis on developing a technical basis as well as creating in-game situations for players to apply those technical foundations.
Dates: Fridays - Dec 5, 12, 19 / Jan 9, 16, 23, 30 / Feb 6, 20, 27

Fast and Fluid – Mastering Speed of Play and Transitions
This program will focus on increasing player’s ability to scan, make decisions, and execute technical and tactical moments of the game under pressure. While the program will predominately be focused on increasing the speed of play, there will also be elements of when to slow down the play of the game when tactically appropriate. This program is for competitive players only U13 and up.
There are 6 sessions that are 1-hour long; sessions will be on Sunday.
Cost - $150

2026 Winter Competitive Wining Individual Battles
Elevate your game with our focused clinic designed to master winning individual battles. Players will sharpen their abilities in dynamic dribbling (at speed and executing moves). Players will also work on their abilities to defend 1v1, delaying, initiating contact and winning the ball or a worst case making a tackle to prevent the attacker from being successful. By the end of the program, you'll gain enhanced confidence on both sides of the ball when it comes to 1v1s.

Goalkeeper Training Competitive U11-U13
Our specialized Goalkeeper Skills Clinic is designed to enhance every aspect of a goalkeeper's game. Players will focus on the core techniques needed to excel between the posts, including shot-stopping, positioning, footwork, handling, and decision-making.
This clinic will be combined with the finishing clinic but will have a specific goalkeeper coach in attendance each session working with all the keepers while field players work on shooting/finishing.

Program Information
Length: 44-minute games
Cost: $800 a team / $80 a player
Size of team: 10 players a team
Dates: Possible Play Dates are on Sundays – January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, and March 1
Number of games – minimum of 5 (typically get 7)
Times: Between 2:00-10:00pm
